The courteous was started in 2012 in Trivandrum under the name Mars Builders. The aspirations and ambitions of a group of technical graduates in building construction were the backbones of this venture. Keeping ethics in the construction field and social commitment as the prime motto, MARS builders successfully completed some prestigious works in and around Trivandrum within the speculated time and resources with the blessings of ALMIGHTY. From the tremendous response, suggestions, and support from the overwhelmed customers and well-wishers, we were obliged in giving the company a special position in this fast-growing construction industry. Thus, the company was registered as “COURTEOUS INFRASTRUCTURES AND PROJECTS PVT LTD” at the beginning of 2014. With the idea of promoting and executing the technological advancements in the field incorporating traditions and customs, the company is giving the taste of the customers as prime preference.
